Product InformationThis chipset supports a maximum of 8 ranks. Modules should be installed sequentially from DIMM connector 1 through 6. Modules must must be installed in pairs. When mixing Dual and Single Rank, Dual rank modules must be installed in DIMM connectors 1 and 2. If Dual Rank modules are installed in DIMM connectors 3 and 4, DIMM connectors 5 and 6 cannot be used. Only single rank modules can be installed in DIMM connectors 5 and 6. |
