Memory TroubleShooter - Order Status Check - RMA Support


Having trouble with your new memory modules?  The good news is that in the vast majority of cases it's something simple that is getting in the way of you enjoying your new memory upgrade. With that in mind we have created this Memory Troubleshooter for your use.
 
Please fill out the form completely and then submit it. Once submitted you will receive a TS Number and a technician will review the information and get back you, usually within an hour of the submittal. Our goal is get you up and running as quickly as possible.
 
NOTE: In order to get an RMA you must have a TS Number

Does the memory module fit in the memory slots?

If the memory modules fit, the next step is to determine if your new memory is in the correct location.
 
Try this
1. Pull out the old memory and install the new memory, and then restart? If not, try that next.
2. Next... shut down the computer, reinstall the old memory in the adjacent memory slots and restart. Does that work?
3. If that didn't work… try installing each module one at a time. Remember to restart your computer in between tests.

Note: Modules will be returned to you by Fedex 2 day delivery once the modules are received back in our Calif facility (usually 2 days to return modules) E-mail confirmation will be sent when the new replacement module ship out
 
Note: If replacement is needed in a faster manner than described, you need to go to our web page and re-order and the modules on a completely new order – modules being returned will be for credit - not for replacement
