Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping options. By shipping with FedEx/UPS we are able to provide an extremely high on-time delivery rate. Please note that all delivery times for ground shipments (including USPS) are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We suggest that you use one of our 1 or 2 day options to insure the timely arrival of your package. Overnight and 2-day require a signature unless you contact us at 1-888-745-6866 to waive the signature requirement. All shipments are FOB Origin.
Memory and Flash Products Shipping
FREE SHIPPING! We're now offering free economy ground shipping for online memory orders over $40! This shipping method is not trackable and can take 7-10 days. Please read below.**
Rates
- USPS First Class (7 business days, not trackable – please read below)**: $4.00
- FedEx/UPS Ground (Approx. 4-7 business days): $7.00
- FedEx/UPS 2-day (2 business days): $12.00
- FedEx/UPS Standard Overnight: (Next business afternoon, order by 2pm): $15.00
- FedEx/UPS Priority Overnight: (Next business morning, order by 2pm): $20.00
- FedEx/UPS Alaska/Hawaii (2-3 business days): $12.00
- APO/FPO (US Military only): $5.00
Rates are based on shipments of 1-10 modules. To the base rate, we'll add $1.00 for 11-20 modules, $2.00 for 21-30 modules, etc.
Overnight Orders
Overnight memory and flash orders must be placed before 2pm MST to ship out the same day provided the part is in stock. Overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday, and those placed on Saturday or Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Please note that placing an order for overnight delivery only guarantees next day delivery if the part is in stock – if you must have the part the next day, please call us at 1-888-745-6866 to verify the part is in stock before placing your order.
Notes
All memory and flash orders except overnight orders will normally ship out within 24 hours during the business week. You will receive an email with your tracking number by 7pm MST on the day it ships.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only, and cannot be guaranteed since we have no control over shipments once they leave our warehouse. Silicon Mountain Memory cannot be held responsible for any lost packages relating to a “no signature required” option being selected.
**USPS shipments will give you only a tracking number, an estimated delivery date, and delivery confirmation. You will not be able to see where your package is along the route. We cannot be held responsible for USPS shipments. If you are concerned about the security of your package, we recommend choosing FedEx or UPS, both of which include insurance.
