"I purchased a memory upgrade kit from you for my Dell Dimension 8200. I called around Albuquerque and got a lot of different stories, but nobody really knew how to help me. Dell has the memory, but their site wasn't nearly as user friendly, didn't isolate my memory specifically, and was twice your price (almost). When I called, the young lady who helped me could NOT have been more pleasant, knowledgeable, or helpful, and the boss was right there, pulling up my system and answering my questions even before I asked them.
